PremierPrep is Premier Academy’s test prep app for the SAT and ACT. Here are answers to common questions. Can’t find what you need? Email pahh91745@gmail.com or call (626) 642-6028 — we usually reply within one business day. In the app, Settings → Help & Support brings you here.

Getting started

  • Premier Academy students: on the first screen, tap “I’m with Premier Academy”, then “I’m a student”, and enter the access code from your tutor. Parents can follow their child’s progress with the same code under “I’m a parent”.
  • Everyone else: tap “Get started” and enter your birthday.
  • Students under 13: a parent finishes signing up and gets an email about the app. Kids get a kid account: progress stays on the phone, and leagues, accounts and online AI features are off.
  • Keep your progress: sign in with Apple when the app offers it, after the skill check. That saves your progress to your account and lets you join the public league with a username (don’t use your real name).
  • New phone: on the first screen, tap Sign in with Apple to get your progress back.

Subscriptions

  • PremierPrep Plus is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open the Settings app on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → PremierPrep.
  • Bought it before or on another device? In PremierPrep, go to Settings → Restore Purchases.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

In PremierPrep, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your study progress, uploads and account from our servers and your phone. It doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account settings. You can also email us to ask for deletion; parents can ask on behalf of their child.

AI and your data

  • The study assistant, Study Lab and My Materials use Anthropic’s Claude, only after you agree in the app. You can turn this off in Settings → AI Data Sharing. Kid accounts don’t have them.
  • AI can make mistakes — check anything important against your notes or your tutor.

Leagues

  • See a username that’s offensive? Press and hold it in the League and tap Report username. It’s hidden from you right away, and we review it.
