Who we are
This policy explains how Premier Academy (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover the PremierPrep app, which has its own privacy policy, or the records we keep while teaching enrolled students, which are covered by our enrollment agreement. If you have questions, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you request a consultation, we collect:
- Parent or guardian name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Your student’s grade level and the programs you’re interested in
- Anything you write in the message field
We also receive whatever you include when you email or call us.
Cookies and your choice
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking pixels today. We show a cookie banner so that if we add an analytics tool later, it will only run after you choose “Accept.” Before adding one, we will update this policy to name the provider and what it collects.
We remember your answer in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every page. That small record is needed for the site to respect your choice, and it stays on your device. We ask again after a year.
You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we remove any analytics cookies the site can reach and reload the page.
Technical information handled by service providers
When you visit, your browser requests files from the services that host and deliver this website. Like nearly every website, those requests include standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. These providers handle that information under their own privacy policies:
- Our website host, which serves the pages of this site
- Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on this site
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold your consultation, and provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers consultation requests from this website to our email
- Our email provider (Google)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our students, families, or business.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for parents and guardians, and we do not knowingly collect personal information through it from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information through this website, contact us and we will delete it. The PremierPrep app has its own privacy policy, which explains how we get a parent’s consent and how parents can review or delete their child’s information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and then delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing or calling us. We will not treat you differently for making a request. California residents may also have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and the right to request its deletion. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
To make a request, email pahh91745@gmail.com or call (626) 642-6028. We may ask for details to confirm your identity, and we will respond within 45 days. Someone you authorize may also make a request for you.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a decision to decline analytics cookies and don’t ask. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we don’t track visitors across other websites, we don’t respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so please don’t include sensitive details (such as medical or financial information) in the consultation form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will also note it at the top of this page.
