PremierPrep privacy policy.

This explains what PremierPrep, provided by Premier Academy, collects, why, who else handles it, and how to delete it.

What we collect

Your study data: answers, lessons finished, streak, XP, gems, goals, test dates and any scores you enter. It’s always kept on your phone. It’s copied to our servers only if you’re a Premier Academy student or you sign in with Apple, so your progress survives a new phone. Otherwise it stays on your phone only.
If you’re a Premier Academy student: your access code and first name, from Premier Academy. Your tutors at Premier Academy, and your parent or guardian through them, can see your progress, and other Premier Academy students in your League see your first name and XP.
An anonymous account ID. It’s created the first time you upload to My Materials, enter an access code or subscribe — no email, name or password needed.
Sign in with Apple, if you choose it: Apple gives us an ID for your account. We don’t ask Apple for your name or email.
Public league: if you choose a username, other students in the public league see it with your XP and league tier. Not your name, and nothing else. Anyone can report a username; a reported one is hidden from them and reviewed by us.
Your Account ID (the short code in Settings) lets Premier Academy give your account PremierPrep Plus for free if they choose to. It only shows once you’ve signed in with Apple.
My Materials: what you upload. Photos and PDFs are sent to our AI to make your study set and aren’t kept on our servers — your phone keeps its own copy. Pasted text, the entries the AI read from a photo or PDF, and the study set made from them are stored on our servers and visible only to you, on the devices you use with your account.
Study Lab (the study chat): your messages, and any photos or PDF you attach, are sent to our AI to write a reply. They aren’t kept on our servers; the conversation is saved only on your phone.
The study assistant: what you ask it is sent to our AI, with the practice question or study plan on screen, to write a reply. It isn’t kept on our servers.
Purchases: Apple handles payment. We receive Apple’s record of your subscription (which plan and when it renews or ends) — never your payment details.
Anything you send us by email, and questions you flag as wrong.
A parent’s email address, if a parent signs up a child under 13 (see Children).

Artificial intelligence

The study assistant, My Materials and Study Lab use AI — Anthropic’s Claude API — to answer your questions, make flashcards and summaries from your uploads, and answer your chat messages. What you ask, upload, attach or type for them is sent to Anthropic for that. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms it isn’t used to train Anthropic’s models, and Anthropic deletes it within 30 days.
Nothing is sent to Anthropic until you agree, the first time you open Study Lab or the study assistant. You can withdraw that in Settings → AI Data Sharing; they then ask again before sending anything.
Please don’t upload or attach photos of people’s faces or anything with personal information on it — just your notes, worksheets and textbook pages.

Security checks

When an anonymous account is created, hCaptcha checks that a person, not a bot, is using the app. hCaptcha may process information about your device and how the check was completed. See hCaptcha’s privacy policy.

Who handles your data

Only these providers, and only to run PremierPrep:

Supabase — our servers and database.
Anthropic — replies from the study assistant and Study Lab, and making study sets from My Materials uploads.
hCaptcha — bot protection when an account is created.
Apple — subscriptions and payments.
Resend — emailing the notice to a parent who signs up a child.

We don’t sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites.

Keeping and deleting it

Delete any upload from My Materials; everything made from it is deleted with it.
Settings → Delete Account permanently deletes your study progress, uploads, generated study material and account from our servers and from your phone. It doesn’t cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple Account settings.
Anonymous accounts that have had no activity for 90 days, with no uploads and no subscription, are deleted automatically.
Copies in our providers’ routine backups expire on their normal schedule.

Children

The app asks for a birth month and year before it starts. It keeps only whether the student is under 13, on the phone; the birthday itself isn’t stored or sent anywhere.
A student under 13 who isn’t a Premier Academy student gets a kid account. A parent or guardian enters their own email address, and we email them a notice about the app. We keep that email address only to send the notice and answer the parent, and we delete it when asked.
A kid account collects nothing from the child. Their progress stays on the phone and is never sent to our servers. Sign in with Apple, leagues, the study assistant, My Materials and Study Lab (which use AI services online) are turned off. If a parent buys PremierPrep Plus, we receive only Apple’s record of the subscription.
Premier Academy students under 13 use PremierPrep only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, given to Premier Academy when they enrol. Their information is used only to run their studying and tutoring, never for advertising, and never sold.
A parent or guardian can ask to see, change or delete their child’s information or their own email address, or withdraw permission, by emailing pahh91745@gmail.com. Deleting the account in Settings → Delete Account also removes it.
If we learn we’ve collected information from a child under 13 without a parent’s permission, we’ll delete it.

Your rights

You can see, correct or delete your information at any time — most of it from the app (Settings → Delete Account removes all of it), or by emailing us. California residents have these rights under California law, and we don’t sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms.
